Shipping & Returns
All of our products are produced "on-demand" meaning there is some production time involved with every order. Generally this is around 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will get an automated email that will contain your tracking information.
For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping items to the following address within 30 days of delivery and should include the original bill of receipt so we can identify the order.

Once the returned items have been received by us. We will process your refund, including shipping costs within 10 business days.
If the issue is "damaged books" upon arrival to the customer. Please send photo documentation to hello@nightmaresoup.com along with your order number and we will refund the purchase price or send replacements at no extra cost.
